Samsung please do something on Samsung M20's Touch issues and It keeps freezing in certain Apps. Please improve software update. 

You helped some clients by changing their LCD's but some of us we can not get those We have no samsung shops in our Countries. Please do something

Can they create updates correcting this issue. I cant let my M20 go. It has a good battery

We at Samsung understand your concern. Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

 

  1. Space availability (Storage & Internal memory): To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
  2. Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings>Apps>Select particular app (e.g. Samsung Internet)>Storage>Clear Cache
