Galaxy MI also faced same issue. I have refereed this site and did what they are saying. https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/Others/5-Most-Common-Samsung-Galaxy-M20-Problems-amp-Fixes/td-p/.... I followed step 4 . Addition to that I have removed the least priority apps after prioritize the apps. Then issue seems to be ok.
