Samsung Galaxy M20 Stuck freeze issue

I'm using M20 rightnow its uptodate and I'm facing some dispaly freeze issues which like touching last position I touched. Its very annoying and frustrating when typing , gaming, etc.... is there anyone else facing this matter???

I have this problem too, i updated my M20 and it not solved, ir begun after the updated to android 9

Exactly same problem here! Touch freeze after update to Android 9.

I did factory reset but it didn't help any! 

How can we fix that problem? Anyone any solution?

The M20 has an obvious screen freeze problem as mine freezes constantly regardless of the app.  I have tried many different fixes but none have worked, the way I have to clear the freeze is to toggle the on/off power button which is a PITA.

When I contacted Samsung the tech stated he was unaware of the problem.  Samsung please solve this issue NOW or this is my last Samsung phone and will inform all I know that you do not provide adaquate after purchase iservice and just ignor design/hardware/firmware problems.  I

true..i also face same issue... clearing the cache didn't solve the issue.
