M02s doesn't eligible for android 11 with oneUI 3 update.

Don't mislead people android 11 is already is out for m02s/a02s..we might get the update end of may or June

You will get it. India already got the update and it was last week.  
M02s was released in 2021 and is eligible for 3 Android OS upgrades as per the Samsung Software Support Policy.

Don't worry it will be a bit late, but you will get the April security update + Android 11 + One UI 3.1 upgrade all in one.

As Sandun mentioned, Samsung supports 3 years of OS upgrades per each device released after 2019. M02s released this year so you will surely get OS upgrades until Android 13.

Yes you will get ONE update with everything together.
Android 11, One UI 3.1, April security patch.

All regions don't get the same update at the same time, and the updates are different for each device model.

Example this is India. Check...
They have released the update on May 11th. Before that the device model M02s was on February security patch, Android 10.

Everything got upgraded in the new May update.
You will get the same update. Everything together.

This device is not yet compatible with android 11, but wait and you will get it soon.
