Samsung Exynos processor has issues

We have seen many complaints from samsung M series customers experiencing numerous problems like freezing, auto restarting etc. Samsung should take responsibility of these issues because these issues are not user abuse of the product but hardware issues. Samsung should come clean on this and replace any faulty parts arising out of Exynos processor issues.

We have to raise it to the highest level. The only solution Samsung Care suggests is to replace motherboard, which is worth more than the phone's current market value
