unable to open Samsung cloud Storage. display check ur connectivity thing. Internet is good using wifi and mobile data. but cloud not open.

Please  guide me to solve this.

log out and log in again the Samsung account if your purchase new mobile the wait till 48 hr

please guide me where i go to logout in settings >account i am unable to see logout button.

In Setting/Cloud and Accounts/Accounts select the Samsung account an top of the screen click on 3 dot and remove the account

remove account ohoo ..
ok logout and then login again.
give me 10 min .
