Samsung M32 - SM-M325FV/DS are we getting OTA security patch for August?  Currently running with July update. Correct me if I am wrong.

You should most likely be seeing an update soon. There have been a few users who've complained about late updates in August. Be patient, I'm sure it'll come soon enough
