SIM Card Not detected issue in Galaxy M30S

Hi Team,

 I am getting SIM Card bot detected issue pretty often im Samsung Galaxy M30S model. However if I insert same SIM Card in another model it works fine. Then after few minutes if I enter it in this phone it starts working. Network is Airtel and they confirmed that SIM is fine. Please help me out.

check the sim is correctly placed in the slot

swap the sims and see if problem is still there

Hello, similar issue with me. First, the phone went in auto restart  mode after being hanged for several times. It started getting restart. Then the phone hanged in auto restart mode and I could only see the booting screen. It also happened  several  times. Then, after spending  too much time on this, I decided to reset my phone. In between  all this, my Airtel sim got is not being read by the phone. Though  it is working fine in another handset. Interesting  part is that my another Jio sim is working in both the slots but Airtel is not in either of slots. Anyways, after so much of frustration,  I finally reset my phone to Factory reset. All the other issues looks fine though  it's been just an hour. I don't know if this would remain persistent.  But my Airtel sim is still not working but Jio sim is working in both the slots. FYI Airtel sim is very much active and working in different  handset.

 

Any advise for me. I am still 2 months in the warranty period.

Sir m30s when I insert sim card my phone is automatically going off... Solution please
