THIS MOBILE SIGNAL RECEPTION IS VERY WEEK. CONFIRMLY I WILL BET SAMSUNG TECHNICAL PEOPLE ALSO WITH 100000/_ REGARDING SIGNAL RECEPTION IS WEAKER THAN OTHER MOBILES LIKE XIAOMI, REALME LIKE CHINESE MOBILES. DONT PURCHASE THIS MOBILES . THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR ' EXYNOS ' WORST PERFORMING PROCESSORS. THIS IS REAL WHAT I AM TELLING . BELOW I HAVE GIVEN SIMPLE EXAMPLE FOR YOU.
FOR SAMSUNG S20 MOBILE , THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR WORST 'EXYNOS' PROCESSORS IN INDIA , FOR THE SAME MOBILE IN AMERICA THEY ARE PROVIDING BEST SNAPDRAGON 865 PROCEESOR . EVEN THEIR KOREAN PEOPLE ALSO HATED THE SAMSUNG 'EXYNOS' PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE IN ' SAMSUNG S20 ' MOBILE.
AND THEIR SERVICE ALSO VERY WORST. TODAY I VISITED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE TO RECTIFY THE CHARGING PORT PROBLEM , HE TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO 10 DAYS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM . THIS IS A SMALL PROBLEM . I TOLD HIM TAKE THE COMPLAINT , AND GIVE MY MOBILE BACK , AFTER ONE WEEK I WILL COME AND I WILL GIVE THE MOBILE AND RECTIFY THE MOBILE WITH NEW PART . HE REFUSED FOR THE SAME . REGARDING THIS ALSO I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE , THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHERE THE PART AVAILABLE TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.
OTHER COMPANIES ARE DOING SMALL PROBLEMS WITH IN ONE DAY. BUT SAMSUNG IS TAKING 10 DAYS . THIS MUCH OF WORST THEY ARE DOING SERVICE.
THEY ARE RELEASING NUMBER OF MODELS WITH SAME PROCESSOR 'EXYNOS 9611' BUT NOT MAINTAINING PROPER SPARE PARTS AT THEIR SERVICE CENTERS . THEIR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE BEHAVING LIKE GAZITTED OFFICERS. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG.
Bhai mere mei toh kuch aisa nahi ho raha, aur worst Exynos ka matlab kya hai? S20 series mai Exynos processors utna strong nahi hai pata hai, but other Exynos processors are on par with the Snapdragon counterparts. Experience se bol raha hu, mere paas M20, M30s aur Note 10+ hai, Exynos waale, aur maine Snapdragon Note 10+ use kiya hai, I found no difference.
Bas PUBG se difference dekhna ho toh bohot kuch dikh sakta hai, mai PUBG nahi khelta, and I hope being a BA, you keep knowledge of devices and you might also know that PUBG is optimised by Tencent for Snapdragon devices.
hello mohan 1st i want to tell u that we all are also complaining to the higher authority that why s20 snapdragon version is not available in india, and trust me they are thinking about it, and that service related problem so mohan if u live in a small district and service center don't have parts available then it took 7-10 days for the part availability, and if they have part then it took 6 hours to repair it, and if u live in capital of ur state then they will arrange in 3-5 days, and due to this pandemic it is rough time for all, even i live in delhi and the nearest service center which open is about 27km far from my location,
i suggested him to raise a complaint and bring the part , then I will give the mobile to repair . he is telling rules and regulations that without mobile we can't bring the part. if I put the mobile with you , is there any benefit will happen to you . nothing will happen . if you give my mobile back , in the meanwhile i can utilize this for my bank transactions purpose.
and another thing if any mobile released by your company you have to maintain minimum buffer stock. that you are not able to maintain stock.
and another thing I requested your customer care , to tell any of the branch in guntur DISTRICT is having the same part in their stock , there I will go and get it repaired my mobile. that is also not able to tell from your end .
this much of draw backs you are having your end , telling that samsung is great.
service wise Samsung is WORST, not only mobile and also home appliances ,
I will give you one example .
we have Samsung led TV. we made a complaint for this , this is paid service , he came and inspected TV and told that mother board is not working it has to replace . costing around 14000/- . we told no need we will purchase a new one . after two days he called and we will the mother board for 6500/- final price. eventhough we rejected for that. but we have given same TV outside , they told that it is having led lights problem , they replaced that lights for 2000/- and now it is working like anything .
your service center dealer having that product stock , due to this , he forcibly tried to sell that part to us .
like that samsung service center people are playing with public.
first of all i want to tell u that i not working for samsung i just trying to solve members problem , second thing if u face these kind of problem like they ask for 14k for motherboard at all u can raise a proper complaint for it, they will take ur case seriously, aur take ur matter closely, i do have some problems with samsung and trust me i have done so much complaints against service center, every and every time i got justice from the higher end, just launch a complaint against ur service center by calling on toll free number, and tell them to transfer my case to the Customer Experience team, then tell them all ur problem , they will talk to the service center if needed, the protocol will be followed, service center will give u proper bill even samsung will send a msg to ur number with ur invoice details, service center don't have details about availability of parts in other services center, so u can get details of the all service center near to u with there contact number just call them and ask for the parts , u can get all the near service center through call on toll free or by live chat or by WhatsApp ,
First, I don't agree with a single word from your comment Second if you have any problem with your device you should talk to the customer executive of device department.....I think you love China, then it's your choice to go with China and get Corona Virus for free of cost I always love Samsung and I will buy their products if they are faulty...atleast they are not **bleep** people's as Chinese And third it is a humble request to you, please don't post any other companies name in this app....this app is specially developed for Samsung users to post their experience, problem, or their creativity of art or photography.
