SAMSUNG M30S PROLEM

My phone having problem of auto restart....Samsung service center told me change motherboard....

is this solution.?

Why customer bear company faults....They said m30 series problem...what is this...recall all devices and solve problem

Visit a service center and demand free replacement, do everything you can, but DO NOT PAY for it.

This problem is in every phone that has exynos 9611 especially in m30s I have m30s too same problem

yes.. I did all troubleshoot steps

I reinstall the software but the problem is still there i think it is a software problem just think all m30s have no motherboard problem sudden a update come and motherboard problem start

Samsung maybe deliberately doing this.
