I have updated android version through my mobule. But after update mobile is getting heat and also working slow .so please do not update your mobile version
Sorry for the inconvience caused to you. kindly follow the below steps to over come from the issue:- 1) Reset the Device:-Settings> General Management> Reset. and check 2) Hard reset:- Tap power button and down volume key simultaneously for ten seconds. ( Note;- Performing hardreset will erase you data so do accordingly).
If issue still persists kindly send us the error log file within 15 minutes of issue occurrence. Steps: Samsung member > get help > Error reports > Select Symptom > describe problem > Send.
