This is very painful, samsung.

You promised us three years of upgrades and provided only two to galaxy m31 and m31s.

This is not done at all.

We were supposed to get android 11, 12 and 13 upgrades.

But these devices are not listed in the notice you just put up.

This should be rectified ASAP!!

Samsung gives only 2 major updates for M series.
3 major updates available for a series.
