Restarting problem in M31

My phone keeps on restarting after one or two days , followed all suggestions from customer care -problem unresolved..

There must be option by the name auto-restart which is turned ON.
Simply turn that off

If you have updated your phone recently then its motherboard is damaged. Hence your phone is restarting on its own.

May be software issue.. otherwise you have to change your device mother board
