Dear Samsung, 
I am very disappointed with you. Now I probably will not buy any Samsung device in future. Our M30s got stuck on the mobile logo after installing two software updates sent by Samsung. During that period of lockdown, My husband had to go to Babrala Service Center in Sambhal district. They told him that due to this update the hardware of phone was corrupted so its mother board would have to be changed. It took 10 days to change the mother board. But even today our mobile is restarting automatically. The mobile restarts at any time whether you are using it or not, sometimes it restarts even while charging. I can't understand what to do. We do not have enough time to go to service every day. Is there anyone else that is facing such type of problem?

We spent ₹ 17000. But the mobile couldn't last even 2 years. How disappointing it is! Phone restarts automatically after update. We got it's motherboard changed but with no result. We are thinking of buying other brand's mobile now.

Whatever you are saying is just formality. My husband is again advised to go to service center. He went to service center they updated its software but result is nothing. Phone automatically restarts even today. I know next time I will be asked to get another motherboard changed.

Even I'm facing the same issue. I visited the service center and they told me to get motherboard repaired for 9k. They even tried updating the software but useless. With your experience if even after changing the motherboard, it seems the issue is still there, that definetly means it's a software issue. And poor customers are replacing motherboard uselessly and still no solution.

Stop this stupid reply. 1000s of users r reporting the same issue post update, where the hell is the fix.

 

Fraud company.

 

Samsung is the biggest fraud who purposely introduce bugs post update n will never fix it. Service center will ask huge money to fix it. This is the way this cheat company is growing.
