Restarting phone

My samsung M21phone suddenly get stuck and autorestarting what is the reason? I ask from the samsung service center ,they told me this is the common issue of the M series and A series, is this software issue or hardware issue?

Most likely a software issue. Sorry to hear this has happened. You can always back up ur data and maybe do a factory reset and see if that helps
