Restart problem in Galaxy M21 and other models

Anyone who is facing multiple restart problem in Galaxy M21 or other models?

Because after 6 months purchasing my Galaxy M21 it has started restarting multiple times and it was stuck on Galaxy M21 bootup logo for 2 hours!!!

I don't think its because of any 3rd party app.

And its motherboard issue.

Going to change the mother board under warranty.

Hope service center will co operate and will not give any pathetic explaination about motherboard damage and blaming it on user so that they can claim warranty void and make user pay Rs 6000 for dumb motherboard.

Because many people are facing problem of cheating service centers after the smartphone itself!

Please discuss your experience with such handset and service centers.

I am face the same motherboard problem in m31s my mobile also under warranty.I complained last 26.07.2021. service center technician only told we don't have stock motherboard for 35 days.

This is a manufacturing defect so it comes under warranty.

Motherboard issue can't occur due to handling of owner.

It's Samsung's fault and it comes under warranty

I know this brother
They can say anything to claim warranty void and make the user pay the charges
But we can't just stop there.

We have to do something to get our devices repaired under warranty
