Restart issue

Recently I am facing auto restart issue in my galaxy m31s. Is there any solution for solve. I have tried by reset my phone but still it contains the same problem.

Can you elaborate more because there is a feature too " auto restart one , if it is boot loop then go to service center for motherboard chnage ,

Disable the auto restart function
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function

Method 1: Settings>General management>Reset>Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Method 2: Settings>Battery and device care>Three dots>Automation>Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled

Backup your data before it's too late. To turn on the phone forcefully, press and hold power button and volume down button.

After that try factory reset.
If the issue still persists, try installing firmware whose process I have explained in my post(link below):
