Restart issue

My M21 Restarting Repeatedly .. tried factory reset.. Nothing changed ,keeps restarting every tym after a small hang

My Samsung galaxy M21 has auto restart and screen freez problem I checked my storage it is 40%free from my 64 gm storage..
Please gide me and fix the bug as early as possible.
And tell me the exact software update date for Android 11
