Regarding battery and screen heating issue.

Hello, i have purchased samsung m21 on 23 may 2020. 

I have facing screen heating issue. With just a use of simple instagram, doing video shooting for 3 minutes and web browsing for 5 minutes.

Its touching temparature of 42-43°c.

Also, i got battery time of around only 10hrs. It took around 14 hours to drain from 100% to 20%

 Its draining fast considering 6000mah battery.

I am not doing heavy gaming or video editing still screen is getting hot. And battery draining like hell.

i have done all the things mentioned on website you have provided.
but still while using the camera app for just 2-3 minutes. device is getting hot
