Received call phone get switched off

When someone called me on messenger and i try to pickup the audio call after receiving the call my phone suddenly get switched off any solutions?

Charge your phone to 85%.

Use ampere app to check battery current.

Try to call, check ampere..
Pickup phone.

If you have battery problem then replace battery.

If ampere is good,
Then check routines...

Remove routines that will switch off phone after picking up phone.


+ Turn off auto restart from device care auto maintenance.

+ if still have problem...

Then may a girl's GHOST around you dont allows you to talk with another girl, you need tantrik baba or baby.

Battery is full ok and done that things you sayed to turn off the auto restart but it didn't work many of my friends who has samsung faceing the same problem

ADB debug is a tool,
If have pc, then need to connect adb device then...

Check process using top.

Or search logs, dmesg, catlog..
And take screenshot of that log before switching off,

Or write log into sdcard using redirector..

Then after restart, check from below to top.

May be you get exact problem, but you can't solve it, just send debug log to support team.
