REGIONAL SIM LOCK

I bought Galaxy M31 in Saudi Arabia , now brought to India . Its showing regional sim lock as i inserted indian sim card and asking for REGIONAL CODE. what should i do now?

please suggest.

Haven't you call using that phone for atleast 5 minutes, because this permanently disables regional lock?

that's the issue, i haven't used it there.

Either sent them email and ask for unlock code or visit Customer care. They are the only one who can unlock.

that is the problem, in india or abroad have to use sim atleast for 5 minutes the country you buy, now its very difficult plus may be expensive
tomorrow try to contact Samsung on WhatsApp and on get help section , and lets see

you should have inserted  saudi sim and used for 5-10 minutes

try to contact customer support i hope they will help
