I have Samsung Galaxy M31S handset. Because of Heavy updates from Samsung, My phone became too heat and there will be much load on Integrated circuit and RAM. Both are damaged because of this previous update. After that updation my phone works for few minutes and then it gets switched off this continued for one day. After I contacted Samsung store they told that IC and RAM has damaged.
Very SAD if the device of a reputed firm like SAMSUNG gets damaged like that. All mobiles or laptops or PC's have to get updates now & then, sometimes multiple times. Samsung should replace the mobile without any questions.

I have Samsung Galaxy A33 handset. While automatic updation of my phone, its power off and restart continuously , My phone became too heat and there will be much load on Integrated circuit and RAM. It's IC is damaged. After I contacted Samsung store they told that IC has damaged. I purchased t mobile on 2022 September. Just 2 yrs back. I put a complaint for sevice head. But didn't get a positive response from their side. I collected a physical inspection report from t samsung service centre. No physical damage, no water content, no excess charge are reported. I will go to court of justice for a justice. I hearty welcome your response in this regard.
