If you have a lot of resource-consuming apps opened in your phone most of the times, it's recommended to set the maximum option of RAM Plus. According to your needs, you can select the suitable RAM Plus needed or you can even turn it off.
Note: Every time you try to change RAM Plus, you'll have to restart your device to apply the changes. Also, you'll have to sacrifice your internal storage to get it. For example, if you have 128 GB and you're selecting the 6 GB RAM Plus option, 6 GB will be taken from the internal storage. Hence, only 122 GB is usable.

Turn Off RAM Plus. It's just slows your device.
