Proximity sensor stop working

My new Samsung M40 proximity sensor stop working and I need to reset general settings every day.
I don't know reason. I visited Samsung care centre also and they removed my tempered glass and said it will work fine. 
But still same issue.

I did it and found proximity sensor in active mode always. To get rid of this situation I need to reset general settings

Yes done then it's working fine but suddenly again same issue occurred. I done 3 times same things. 😢
