Proximity Sensor Issue

I'm facing an issue in my deviceSAMSUNG GALAXY M52 5G with the proximity sensor. After making a call, the proximity sensor remains turned on. I can see those two green dots constantly displaying at the top right even after completing the call. And if I move my hand or ears near the sensor, the screen turns off as if I'm still on a call...

Now this is one issue related to proximity sensor but I'm facing several ones. I've also read many posts in community regarding people having the same problems. Samsung must fix these issues in the upcoming updates!

Yeah Samsung devices with virtual proximity sensors have this issue... ranging from M52,A52 to A52s5g and S20fe5g.

M52 have normal IR proximity sensor,
The problem in m52 is proximity sensor shows up even when not required...

After disconnecting calls, when you see two dots bring the notification section down and you should see further details. Take photo and report to Samsung team and allow them to check with remote access.

As soon as I bring my hand/finger near the upper part of screen, the screen turns off...as if I'm still on a call.

I am not having any such issue with my A52

I also not facing such issues in my M52. However i have facing touch issues. Specially in gaming.

I too feel that touch issue persists on M52 as sometimes it doesn't respond.

That's strange. My M52 phone is not having such issue. Take Your device to the nearest service centre of Samsung, it must be in warranty.
