Problem with All M series

Sometimes my M31 and Other M ( I personally Experience in M31 & M30s ) series Smartphones Restart And Hang AUTOMATICALLY.....It is Big Problem....Please Help me Samsung...Do Something about it....Who is Facing with this problem please 🙏  Like It so They  take it Seriously...Help🙏🙏🙏🙏

yes.......but issue not resolved...

I am using M30s and there is no Hang issues or restart problem. keep optimising your phone using device care.

he said correct dear, you are not facing its good, but so many are facing, even after all optimisation, its not due to user optimisation or settings its due to some internal issue

go to service center then. they will check for water/physical damages if any. before that, factory reset your device and check if it has the same issue. factory reset will solve the problem if there is not hardware issues.
