same issue here in galaxy m21
very slowly charging
what do i do

Turn Off your Phone>Connect your phone to laptop
>Press Vol Up+Power button for 5 seconds
>Now your will boot into Recovery mode
>Navigate to select any options by pressing Vol button
>Now select Wipe Cache Partition
>Press power to select>After finishing it Reboot.

First step - Stop using another brand charger if you use.
Second step - Check your phone in safe mode.
Third step - Visit service center.
