Too much heating problem near eye piece.. its only abt 40 days i buyed the mobile..i couldn't connect to 4G network. how can i use a mobile without network ..i used the same sim in other mobile ..no issue from sim card... problem is only with the mobile..even i have factory data reset..no use..only thing it shows is no service or no sim card..  Do something..had a trust in samsung mobiles... it has broken the trust..poor network stability.. do something

Hey, i face this same problem in my samsung m31. so here's what i did- i switch it to only 3G from settings>connections>mobile network>network mode: change it from LTE/3G/2G auto connect
to
3g only
and it does work " ok "
i wonder if samsung even takes note of our problems, i hope they give an update to fix this

Follow the bellow steps to check network settings:-
- Check device network mode settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > network mode SIM1 or SIM2 > network mode.

- Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.

Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
