Problem after update UU 4.0

After updated UI 4.0 Update some issue were facing in devices. I HAVE GALAXY M31

1.SOUND OF SPEAKER ARE VERY LOW

2. CALL DROP AND CALL NOT CONNECTED ISSUE(THIS IS NOT HAPPEN FROM TELECOM COMPANY BECAUSE WHEN I INSERT SIM IN OTHER DEVICE THEY WORK PROPERLY)
