My Samsung galaxy M31s mobile is showing options on the screen like "restart, power off, emergency mode" without pressing the button. Automatic emergency call is being dialled. By just simple touching the bottm and left side of the phone this issue is occurring. Please help to fix.
There's a probability that the side button has been damaged and it is thus triggering the restart option. Or maybe check if without the case the option is still being triggered
