Pls anyone tell how to hide navigation buttons while using the apps .

Down side button

I already used Full screen gesture but it is not as smooth as Navigation buttons. So i want to know how to hide this buttons while using apps. 

Because the Navigation buttons takes extra space of display. So i am unable to use full screen in apps.

Go to settings then Display and then navigate bar

In Google meet the navigation bar won't go
In other apps u can leave the screen for some time it will go in some time
