In my M21, Googel Play, Chrome and YouTube didn't work properly while in same time some apps like Instagram, Opera etc. are working perfectly. I am facing this problem from many days. I also restored my phone but the problem is still same and my phone and apps is running on latest update. Please guys help me to shot out this problem.

My suggestion:- clear all data for those apps and RESTART the phone.

For Utube, "clearing all data" doesn't work; then clear all the WATCH LATER videos of Utube
