Pinkesh violet patches on screen

Yesterday morning I saw a small pinkish violet patch on my phone. Initially I thought it is some colour stick on to my screen then I tried to erase it but then I realized that it's not a colour it is something fault in my display. Later on small patch tured big. I couldn't do anything. Could you please help me in solving this.
