Phone stuck while running Software installation

Hi All,

I have M31 and i got software update today.

After downloaded the update phone got restarted.

While doing installation, after 29% got some error and shows downloading screen.

After restart using press volume down botton and power botten together.

After that Samsung logo coming then immediately its going to same page.

Tried press Volumn up button and power button together after immediately restart the system to go recovery mode.

But no luck,  its again going to installing software and after 29% again same issue happened..

Please any one help me how to resolve this..

Your device is bricked use odin to downgrade your device or wait for some day till service center are open

Odin need to be in your PC or you can see some youtube videos How to use Odin and one thing you can also download Smart Switch on your PC in which Smart Switch can do everything automatically so it will easy for you.
But first watch youtube videos
