Why my phone hang after update one ui 6.1??

Kindly reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Please go settings ,click general management, click reset, click backup to SD card through smart switch, click factory data reset then follow instructions on screen. Reset is better.. this software issue..
