PLEASE improve phone quality and customer service

I bought my m31 samsung phone on 27 June..  I have not installed any application.. I didn't use it much, didn't over charge.. it has hanging issue from beginning (1st day).. after 15 days of my purchase phone got hang and switched off.. on 27 July I submitted my phone to service centre.. and today 10th August.. i didn't  have any phone .. I am help less. And Samsung did great job.. I and my 7 generation never buy Samsung again.. 
I NEED MY MONEY BACK.. I HAD LOOSE ALL FAITH ON SAMSUNG PHONES SPECIALLY.. 
I dont need service  and dont need phone.. 
NO PHONE OF OTHER BRAND HANGS AS LIKE SAMSUNG HANGS.. 
SAMSUNG HATSOFF  SALUTE TO YOU

bro I have m20
once my microphone gets down and samsung service center return my device in just 1 day
you can't say that Samsung's service is bad
and I purchased m20 one and half year ago I didn't face any problem like hang and switching off and I am playing games like pubg and asphalt9
In my device (m20) a single problem is screen freezing and ghost touch 🙂🙂

bro if multiple m31 users are facing this problem then Samsung gonna definitely fix this problem but if it is occurring only on your handset then it might be a defected piece

Samsung is giving me coupon for buying a new phone.. Samsung want me to fool again.. Samsung harrassed me a lot..
