I have observed that Samsung is offering its OneUi version in M series smartphones too instead of OneUi core.

Its just the best thing Samsung is doing....

Yes bro no doubt in that ...
Because of all user's feedbacks we got samsung pay mini , clipboard tooo..
So there is possibility of getting other features we need just continue what we were doing till now until we get it
