Recently I have upgraded my device samsung m20 to oneui 2.0 , I am facing disturbance in audio when device is locked or screen is off . There are no problems when playing while screen on
with disturbance, you mean two audios or breaks ? sometimes when more than two application of entertainment get played at same time and causes disturbance. Best resolution is restart the device and problem still exists give a visit to service centre aswell.
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
> Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->speaker).
>Check the device in the safe mode.
