One Ui Stop Responding

MY SAMSUNG M40 STARTS SHOWING ONE UI NOT RESPONDING MESSAGE.THE SCREEN STUCK WHILE SWIPING NOTIFICATION PANEL. IT'S STARTED TO HAPPEN AFTER THE ANDROID 10 UPDATE.IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN AFTER SEVERAL RESTARTS.I CANT EVEN BACKUP MY DATA.

Try cleaning cache from recovery.

unable to open recovery mode though

shut your phone
press volume up and power button till u see samsung logo
Android recovery screen will appear
scroll down to wipe data and factory reset from there once 👍👍👍

when it's working proper for some time try to backup quickly to online cloud storage as soon as possible
make online storage account from PC and only access and transfer data from phone to storage don't waste time creating account from phone
