One UI 4 update on M30s!!

Guys as we all know the M30s would not receive the One UI 4 update. But when I reached customer care of samsung for this reason they told me that the device has already got it's two major OS update,  but as we want One UI 4 on M30s they have filed a complaint for providing One UI 4 in M30s.

I just want to request you all to reach the the Samsung through Samsung Members app and ask them the question. Because as many people will ask them continuously regularly then in pressure they have to provide One UI 4 on our M30s.

I am got fed up with Samsung and with their answer they do nothing only they forward your complaints to the concerned team.
I also request Samsung to give facelock in m02 and they told me that you will get in upcoming update but nothing happens.

Don't waste your time... To reache on such requests . Ask for CA if possible
