Yes, as per schedule given by Samsung, M31s is an eligible model to receive One UI 3.0 update...

But this is not beta update, It's a stable update..

I think 'NO' because Samsung is already working for stable updates for these phones, so I think Samsung will not rollover beta updates...

You will get stable update for your device as They have already tested beta versions for one ui core versions through Samsung galaxy m31
