Will Samsung Galaxy M30s and other mid-range phone will get One U.I 3.1 Update ?? Or only the Flagship ones are eligible??

Yes, After getting ONE UI 3.1 for flagship devices, midrange mobile will also get.Here ais the list which are eligible for ONE UI 3.1, You can check by opening the link.
