Why m30s doesn't support OTG?

It is been not detected in my device.

same otg working before then
1. go to settings apps then system apps and search for USB settings and reset data of it.
2. check same otg works in other devices.

if it is a new otg then it might not support your device check with other otg.

i have faced the same problem then i contacted to customer support they told me all the process which doesnt work.And finally they told me to visit the nearest service centre.when i first visited the service centre they try to fix the problem by changing the pcb but it did not work .Then on another day they changed my motherboard and finally otg worked after some days it is again showing some problem while connecting.So i suggest you to please visit nearest samsung service centre they will fix it .
But lastly i want to say Galaxy m30s is the worst phone in the history of samsung
