Please explain how to transfer files from pendrive to m30s phone

M30s does not support OTG

Just plug in your device and it will be shown in My files app( it may take few seconds to shows up be patient) just below the SD card


Transfer files as per your convenience just like you do from internal storage to SD card

First, you will need a Type-C to USB OTG. If you don't have it, it's available online.
Next, connect your M30s device and the pen drive to the OTG and open "My Files" on your device. The name of your pen drive will be displayed; open that folder and copy whatever files you need. Go to your internal storage folder and paste the files there. And the transfer is complete.
