OTG problem ...

My Samsung M40F support OTG ...
But if I connect a charger , after charging... then Connect OTG ... It's not work... If I restart my phone then my Phone recognize OTG and everything works normally... 

How can I fix this issue ?

I asked Samsung Support Team about this ... But they can't help me !

It could be the problem with OTG cable itself. Put your phone on table and then check if it is connecting to OTG cable.

If not, there could be some problem with phone's charging pin.

Check by using other pen drive.

Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Members apps.

Path: Samsung members > Get Help > Interactive checks > Charger/USB).

Check by using genuine OTG cable.

Check whether device is OTG compatible or not.

To clear data of USB, please follow the below steps.

Setting > Apps > Three dots (Appearing at top right corner) > Show system apps > Search USB Settings > Tap on storage > clear data of USB Settings.

Please follow the below steps.

Settings > Apps > Three dots ( Appearing at top right corner) > Reset app preferences (It'll reset the permissions of all applications)

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).

Thanks for your reply ... My Device is fully OTG compatible...The problem is, Otg recognized if restart my Phone after connecting OTG... Otherwise not..

Bro, do this
Go to apps-》search for usb -》 clear all storage

It will work for sure. I am posting this solution from long & worked for most of the folks
