Notifications issue in M31

Unable to turn off WhatsApp call notifications. Even after turn off, automatically turn on when call came. After selecting call ringtone to silent, default system notification sound coming continuously. It's very annoying. Please help anyone.

already all notifications turned off and make them silent in WhatsApp. But problem with call notifications. Even though call ringtone is silent, getting system notification sound continuously.

Problem is with the app uninstall and install again. reset.
