Notification settings change automatically

Notification settings change automatically in my M30 phone. I am tired to change it again and again . Group notification doesn't off for whatsapp and telegram. Plz help

may be a bug which Samsung will eliminate in their small upgrade package of bug fix.. u can turn notifications off by going to whatsapp and turning it off from whatsapp itself in its settings. it will help u terminate your problem to a small extent..

how was this problem solved? New M21, and the setting just dont stay the way i want them to.

setting preferences doesn't help. And the chats are busy, can you send a small patch to fix the bug?

please reset your app preferences and then restart your phone, if problem still exists reset your phone.
or you can send errors report on samsung member application.
