Not ringing or vibrating during incoming calls

I'm using Samsung M30s and after the recent update my phone doesn't ring or vibrate during incoming calls.Can anyone help me fix this issues?

Increase the Volume from settings, there also enable vibrate while ringing option.

Is it on Do Not Disturb?

Reset settings from Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset Settings>Confirm reset (personal data won't be deleted) and check the issue.

Open dialer and Dial *#0*#  - Select Vibration and check if it's working there, if not working then its hardware issue you need to visit service center.

If working there then do a factory reset and check issue.

if you did this vibration test by *#06*# and vibration still not working then its a hardware issue.
