Not ringing or vibrating during incoming calls

I'm using Samsung M30s and after the recent update my phone doesn't ring or vibrate during incoming calls.Can anyone help me fix this issues?

i don't know what's wrong with my phone it's already 2days

i suggest you see samsung service or the guy who sold you this you can ask for an exchange cause its just 2 days old. btw is your issue solved?

Boot your phone to safe mode and check issue

If Its working in Safe mode then its probably 3rd party app causing issue.if not working in safe mode then there is problem with phone software.You need to reflash it then.

It's not working
maybe it has software issues. This happened after I updated the latest software update

check notification settings for call or phone app. probably u have silent the notification by mistake.
