Hi, I'm using Samsung M31 which I bought recently 2 days ago.
Whenever I try to call, the dialer shows the message that "not registered on network ". The problem only seems to occur on jio and Vodafone sim cards cause my airtel sim seems to.be working fine. 
I've tried everything from network settings to factory reset but nothing seems to help. Also updated software. It seems I'm the only one facing this issue of network problem using jio sim. And I've also used multiple sim cards so I know for sure it's not sim card issue. Please help.

yes, it says "could not connect try again later".

On what network mode are you for jio sim?

Is it lte selected?

LTE mode is selected

Then goto settings>general management>reset>reset network settings.

try to restart your phone just normally start then try this thing again it might solve your problem otherwise go to a different state lol that is too much
